Tahini

  • 1 cup hulled sesame seeds
  • 3–4 Tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Toast the sesame seeds in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring to avoid burning, until light golden-brown.

Transfer to blender or food processor. Blend until the consistency is a crumbly paste. Add oil and salt, continue blending until smooth.
