Spicy Mint Yogurt Sauce

  • 17.6 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mint, leaves only
  • 6-10 Thai green chili peppers
  • 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 3 TBSP lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 C water

Put all sauce ingredients into a blender and blend just until herbs are evenly chopped

Good for marinating lamb or chicken kebabs and for dipping them in after cooking.
