Spicy Mint Yogurt Sauce
- 17.6 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mint, leaves only
- 6-10 Thai green chili peppers
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 3 TBSP lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 C water
Put all sauce ingredients into a blender and blend just until herbs are evenly chopped
Good for marinating lamb or chicken kebabs and for dipping them in after cooking.
