Lemon/red wine italian dressing
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (zest the lemon first and then squeeze the juice)
- 1 T fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt (I used sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Whisk together the dressing ingredients so the flavors can combine while you prep the other ingredients. Chill if desired.
