Lamb Souvlaki

  • 1.5-2 lbs lamb, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Scant 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , peeled and diced fine
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Combine ingredients for at least 30 minutes.

Cook.
