Lamb Souvlaki
- 1.5-2 lbs lamb, cubed
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Scant 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic , peeled and diced fine
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Combine ingredients for at least 30 minutes.
Cook.
