Ginger flank steak

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 t. ginger powder (or 1 T. fresh minced ginger)
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. ground red pepper

Combine ingredients in a glass or plastic container; marinate flank steak for ~10 minutes a side. Grill or pan-fry, cut lengthwise (across the grain), and serve.
