Fruit tart with lemon curd

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 batch Lemon curd
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • Several large strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries

Perforate pie crust with fork repeatedly to stop it from inflating due to steam. Bake the pie crust at 425F for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Fill with lemon curd and refrigerate to set. Layer decoratively with sliced fruit.
