French Toast

  • 7/8 c milk
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T flour
  • 2 T honey, warmed
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 T butter

Mix milk, butter, eggs, honey, salt, flour. Dredge bread in pairs, 30 seconds each side, then fry for 2-3 minutes in 1 T melted butter and cook @375 for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
