Eggs Benedict

 

  • 1 English muffin
  • 2 slices broiled ham or prosciutto
  • 2 Poached eggs
  • Hollandaise Sauce
  • Chives

 


Split and toast English muffin. Cut ham same size as muffin; place on muffin, slip egg on ham and cover with Hollandaise sauce. Serve hot. Garnish with chives.
