Marinate meat in oyster sauce for 30+ minutes. If using dry noodles, cook them.
Add 1 T of oil to wok, wait until it's very hot.
Add garlic, toss for 30 seconds. Add remaining oil, onion and hot peppers. Cook until onions are translucent
Add meat, sear surface.
Add tomatoes and red pepper, stir-fry until juice is released from tomatoes
Add noodles and sauces
If needed add 1 T water at a time until noodles are the right consistency.
Toss in basil, remove from heat, and serve.
