Wear gloves for this.
Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and stems. A spoon works well for the seed/stem removal.
Fill each half jalapeno with cream cheese.
Microwave slices of bacon for about a minute (not until done, they'll finish on the grill). Wrap each filled jalapeno in a half-slice of bacon, securing with toothpick.
Grill to completion (until the bacon is cooked).
